If you have focus, it will happen.
That's been my mantra and I haven't put it to much use as of late. In working out what I want to focus on I have many options for improvement; career (a better use of my skills, experiences and education), finances (directly relates to work-needs improvement!), and fitness level (worse ever!).
While I have been working on improving career and finances (something WILL happen soon), FITNESS is where I need some accountability and motivation. Here's to hoping this post will give me that.
I have never weighed this much and been so unhealthy. I just turned 47! Does that mean I have to be frumpy? NO WAY! I am 5'4" and weigh 150 lbs. Just 6 years ago it was 120 lbs. It's time to change. I will be fit and strong. I believe this will also help me be highly successful in other areas of my life.
