What to do...

Understanding how frequently I mess up this eating plan!  Today is Tues - helping a friend suddenly when getting ready for work - and I forgot my breakfast, lunch and dinner meals!  They were all ready in the refrigerator.  Tuesday - a fail.

Yesterday, did well until another friend came over.  Had dinner ready but they had already eaten, she and her husband just wanted some wine while we talked.  I thought at first that I wouldn't have any - then that seemed rude.  So I thought I would just have wine and no dinner.  After a few hours I was hungry!  A little bit of roast and that was it.  Later, at bedtime, I ate more!  The wine helped weaken my willpower I'm sure.  Monday - a fail.

Sun - I did follow the plan, up until the time I ate 4 chocolate chips cookies that I made for the kids!

So far - not so good.  What to do to follow the plan???  Well, its obviously WILLPOWER.
